Do I need a full gym?

No. We write for the equipment you actually have—rack, dumbbells, cables, or a minimalist home setup.

How long are check-ins?

Most clients spend ten to twenty minutes on the weekly review plus short uploads when we request form checks.

What if I travel constantly?

We plan travel weeks with swaps, hotel sessions, and adjusted volume so consistency stays realistic.

How do cancellations work?

Coaching can be paused or cancelled with fourteen days’ written notice. Prepaid blocks are refundable on a prorated basis for unused weeks; documented injury or medical events qualify for a full pause without penalty.

Is nutrition medical advice?

No. Nutrition guidance here is educational and goal-based. Medical nutrition therapy belongs with licensed clinicians.
